If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customized or special orders cannot be returned for a refund. Damage caused by carelessness like dropping, or losing your jewelry is not included under this warranty.

In the event that you find your jewelry to be faulty, we are happy to make necessary repairs as a result of craftsmanship or design.
