Appointment Cancellations

• Deposit Window: Cancel 24 hours prior for a full refund.
• Late Notice: Cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling: Rebook up to 24 hours before your slot.

Reweld & Repair Policy

• 30-Day Guarantee: Free rewelds if the weld fails early.
• Chain Required: You must bring the original chain with you.
• After 30 Days: A small service fee applies for rewelds.

Lost Chains & Damage

• Lost Pieces: We do not replace lost chains for free.
• Stretched Chains: Gentle wear is required to prevent stretching.
• Medical Removal: Cut it at the ring for easy rewelding.
